Georgios Vellias is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School of D.P.Th. with a master's degree in Earthquake Engineering and Earthquake-Resistant Structures. The technical office he maintains was established in 2006 with headquarters in Lamia and is active in the field of technical studies and projects. Issuance of building permits and business operating permits.
The office undertakes the issuance of building permits for the construction of buildings, demolition permits, the approval of small-scale works, as well as shop operating permits.
Issuance of Electronic ID and settlement of arbitrary constructions
According to the latest changes in the Legislation, the issuance of H.A.T.A. is required. for the execution of legal transactions (e.g. contracts, transfers,) but also for joining the econom program.
